Let’s begin with a “Sageuk” drama which is literally a Korean traditional drama set in the Joseon Era. If you’re up for some intense political drama, ‘Bloody Heart’ is definitely something you should look forward to.
This K-Drama stars Lee Joon, Jang Hyuk, and Kang Han-Na. The story delves into Lee Tae’s (Lee Joon) leadership as he rose to power as a King after his father deposed the previous King with the help of Park Gye-Won (Jang Hyuk). As Park Gye-Won becomes the First Vice Premier of Lee Tae, he also becomes more powerful and therefore eventually embroils in a political battle with King Lee Tae.
‘Bloody Heart’ will air on KBS2 every Monday and Tuesday taking the slot of ‘Crazy Love’.

Ji Chang-Wook is back in another K-Drama! And this time, it will be more about fantasy and magic as he plays the role of a mysterious magician.
Lee Eul (Ji Chang-Wook) is a magician living in an abandoned amusement park. He shows his magic tricks to people to comfort them. Yoon Ah-Yi (Choi Sung-Eun) is a high school student who struggles with her family’s poor situation. Despite this, she still excels in school where she competes for high grades with her classmate Na Il-Deung (Hwang In-Yeop). Ah-Yi then chanced upon an abandoned amusement park where she meets Lee Eul.
‘The Sound of Magic’ will be available for streaming on Netflix this coming 6th of May, 2022.

Is the title familiar to you? Well, ‘Woori the Virgin’ is Korea’s remake of the popular American TV series ‘Jane the Virgin’!
Im Soo-Hyang plays the role of Oh Woo-Ri, an assistant writer who’s dating a detective named Lee Gang-Jae (Shin Dong-Wook). Despite dating for a while, Woo-Ri wanted to keep her virginity until she married and her boyfriend agreed to that. One day, when Woo-Ri visited an OB-GYN clinic for her regular checkup, she was mistakenly impregnated by the doctor through artificial insemination. She eventually figures that the biological father of her child is a married man who is also a CEO of a huge cosmetics company. His name is Raphael (Sung Hoon).
‘Woori the Virgin’ will air on SBS every Monday and Tuesday, taking the slot of ‘Business Proposal’.

The plot tells the story of Hong Ye Sool (Seo Ji-Hye), a woman with the ability to see someone’s future just with the touch of her lips. One day, her lips got “accidentally” in contact with her boss Cha Min-Hoo (Yoon Kye-Sang) and she had a vision of them being intimate together.

The last, but definitely not the least, on our list is ‘Doctor Lawyer’ starring So Ji-Sub and Im Soo-Hyang.
In this drama, So Ji-Sub plays the role of an elite surgeon Han Yi-Han, who’s a very well-respected doctor in the field of general and cardiothoracic surgery. One day, one of his patients died during surgery and this changed his life. He got his medical license revoked after the incident. Years later, he studied to become a lawyer and he is now a lawyer specializing in medical litigation. He defends victims of medical malpractice, while he also tries to uncover the truth about the incident that happened to him years ago.
‘Doctor Lawyer’ will air on MBC every Friday and Saturday taking the slot of ‘Tomorrow’.
