Ji Woo-Min (Minho) is a freelance photo editor who retouches photos for fashion editorials. As he works in the fashion field, he meets Pyo Ji-Eun (Chae Soo Bin), who is a very passionate head manager in charge of promoting luxury goods. Both see their work differently and the drama shows how they cope with the intense pressure of the fashion world.

He works with Song Seol (Gong Seung-Yeon) at the fire station, who is passionate about her career and is also warmhearted.

Netflix’s ‘Somebody’ tackles this plot as Sum (Kang Hae-Lim) creates a social app called ‘Somebody’ wherein the app gets deeply involved in a murder case. Sum is not quite social and she only has a few friends. She’s friends with Mok-Won (Kim Yong-Ji) and Ki-Eun (Kim Soo-Yeon) who works as a detective. Together they try to find the truth behind the murder that took place.

Here’s another webtoon-based K-drama that revolves around the lives of high school students dealing with school violence and bullying.
Park Ji-Hoon plays the role of Yeon Shi-Eun, the class’ best student who also ranks #1 in his school because of his character and intelligence. He then faces bullies in and outside of his school and tries to deal with them using his hidden skills.

Another webtoon-based series on this list is ‘Summer Strike’ starring Seol Hyun and Im Si-Wan.
The plot tells the story of Lee Yeo-Reum (Seol Hyun) who is going through the worst time in her life when her boyfriend left her abruptly and when her mother died in an accident. To be able to cope and get away from everything, she leaves her job and moves into a small town to live a very simple life. She then meets librarian An Dae-Bom (Im Si-Wan) who soon becomes close to her. In this small town, she begins to discover more about herself.
